Investigating - Paymark is aware of a further delay affecting settlement of some MPGS ecommerce transactions from 01/10/2026.

As a result, some merchants may not have received their delayed settlement overnight for this date as expected.

The issue is being actively followed up by the relevant parties to have settlement completed as soon as possible.

Resolved - Paymark is aware of an issue delaying yesterday's transaction settlement to ecommerce merchants, on MPGS.

The issue has now been resolved. Merchants who were impacted by this delay will receive their settlement overnight tonight.
